I'm already slackin on this everday for June deal. So I'm posting pics from today and yesterday. My mom gave me this super good recipe today for this lemon [healthy] cake, for real. Here is the recipe.
Lemon Cake
CAKE MIX:
1 box of lemon cake mix. You only use the cake mix, not the vegetable oil, water and eggs it recommends.
1 egg white.
12 oz. or one can of fresca.
MIX. Put in greased pan 350 for about 25 minutes.
FROSTING:
2 tubs of Cool Whip [fat free].
2 boxes of lemon jello mix.
WHIP. Put on top of cake once it is cooled.
ENJOY.

Hey Molly! i totally tried the lemon cake for sunday dessert and it was scrupmtous! I even shared it with my mom because she loves lemon flavored everything. Thanks for sharin it! We loved it!
