Road Trip: Jackson Hole to Island Park

My definition of a road trip is: You stop at anything that looks interesting and you are not in a rush to get from point A to point B. We go to Island Park and Jackson Hole often but not usually in the same trip. We spent the first part of the road trip with our family of three in JH and the rest with friends in IP. We had a great time.

75 is my favorite number

This past weekend was spent in Jackson Hole for a volleyball tournament I was playing in. Once my family found I out I was heading up there, they wanted to come along for the ride. We love Jackson Hole, but what we might love more than Jackson Hole is the Square Ice Cream while en route to JH. The ice cream really isn't spectacular, but its square. Cool right? Okay not really. But what really caught my eye was the moustache machine on the way out the door. These machines are as close as I get to gambling. It. Was. Stressful. Praying that I wouldn't get the dirty orange moustache or the gray one, I was blessed with a black one. Not just any black one. THEE handle bar. Best 75 cents I have ever spent. I had more props being thrown at me than I knew what to do with. Don't judge me, because I think its a good look.

Thursday

Eat, drink (grape juice), and be scary.

Loving all things halloween.

Few things orange, black, and purple that I love.

Looking forward to a fun-filled weekend.

Going to Jackson for TGR ski premiere.

And then staying in a cabin.

Traditions are bueno!

i'm doing this quickly now.. because this week is going to be Hectic! and i won't have time.

drove to jackson.

got ultra sick.

ate at the bunnery.

sat on a bench, sick.

miserable.

went and got medicine.

took medicine.

drove to teton village.

felt better.

met up with good friends.

spencer won some stuff.

watched ski movie.

'light the wick'.

in 3d.

ate at mtn. high pizza with friends.

got hot chocolate.

said hi to friend in jackson.

parted with friends.

husband and i drove to cabin.

chilled.

chillled.

drove home sunday.

such a fun weekend.

p.s. i dropped my shutter speed in a lot pictures so i could capture the colors of fall. in motion. i'm usually hanging out the window taking pictures, so don't mind bits of the car in pictures.
