Wednesday
Tuesday
stick. fabric. hemp. glue.
As always, conference was sure a treat.
It's the best weekend where you can legitimately chill.
Sunday we did a little craftin' while watching conference.
I swear someone at my mom's house is always working on a project or crafting.
So I abandoned my homework and joined in.
Thanks to my lovely sisters at Navy Perl, they are always letting me use their fabric flowers for something.
With their flowers,
I ended up making this door hanging.
A couple flowers on sticks.
A wreath.
And a baby mobile. (no, not for me).

On a cooler note.
Want to know what is awesome and inspirational and awesome?

Wednesday
Apple Tree Branches.
I have really been trying to spruce the house up because there is nothing on the walls. However, I don't want to just go buy a plethora of stuff either but I want to collect it over time. Dilemma? Not really. Yesterday I spent the majority of the afternoon cleaning the house. Boy does it get dirty fast. I doesn't appear to be but when you start scrubbing baseboards, but I found out quickly that my housekeeping was past due. I just thought of how it would be 4x as worse once I have kids and then I got a little woosy. I jammed out to some Jack Johnson and the Beatles and actually enjoyed my cleaning rendevous. Back to the point, I looked out my back window and noticed the lovely limbs on the apple tree and thought they belonged in my house. I found some shears and went to cut them down. I couldn't reach so I was jumping and chopping at the same time. 9/10 times I would miss. I bet my neighbors think I am crazy. So be it. Spencer finally came to the rescue but first opposed the idea of me hacking away at the tree. Looking for the "pretty" branches regardless of their location. He just shook his head and laughed. BUT, he actually said he enjoyed them too in our living room. I think they are happy, even though they will probably die tomorrow. On a side note, I went to Camp Rainbow Gold training this last weekend, and I am SO SO SO excited/pumped/thrilled/ecstatic to go. The end.

Friday
rest in pieces.
i must admit. i loved my little turquoise table.
she let us eat off of her.
do craft projects on her.
study on her.
set flowers on her.
make food on her.
and was so poised in many pictures as a prop.
(spencer painted her, he even picked the color)
she was bright and cheery.
right now i am in the process of painting a new table.
and now i am stumped on what color to paint my new one.
because turquoise is a tough cookie to match up to.

Thursday
deep thoughts by molly
i don't know why but when I am nervous, stressed, or worried; I resort to the blog.
which happens too frequently.
i am a worrier. it's true.
i don't like.
but the problem is, i don't know how to change it.
i just love the people in my life so much.
i worry about them.
i am going to work on that.
if you have any suggestions.
feel free to send them my way!
because i know when i become a mom.
it will be about a jillion times worse.
so i hear.
and i can. only. imagine.
on a less worrisome note.
a few pictures i find inspiring.
aren't these pictures so fun and happy.
i think so.
i so want the striped stair carpet!
would you put the rainbow cupboards in your house?
